About Nonna San

Nonna San is a modern Italian-Japanese restaurant where the warmth of traditional Italian home cooking meets the refined elegance of Japanese cuisine.

What You’ll Be Doing

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
Serve drinks efficiently across multiple bars, including beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits
Serve food and beverages with attention to detail
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests or servers.
Set up and clean tables before and after service
Manage bar setup, stock rotation, restocking, and closing procedures
Handle payments and process transactions
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Positive Attitude: Bring energy and enthusiasm to a collaborative team environment where great service starts with a smile.
Open Mind: Be open to new service techniques and ways to enhance the guest experience.
Willingness to Learn: Show a desire to grow, improve, and take every shift as a chance to sharpen your skills.
