Job Summary
· We are currently seeking trainers, that wish to deliver training in the Livestock (cattle) Breeding Industry, who are passionate about their Industry and have experience delivering training in Artificially Inseminate Livestock (AHCAIS304) and Pregnancy Test Livestock (AHCLSK339)

Orion is dedicated to providing high quality training, and has been delivering significant results for both students and employers for over 20 years. We are currently seeking trainers to join us, who value the benefits of face to face training on a farm/property with live animals.
Orion offers qualifications in agriculture specialising in livestock improvement, breeding, nutrition and health management as well as short courses covering a broad range of farming practices such Biosecurity, Weed killing and Work Health and Safety (WHS).
LIVESTOCK BREEDING
· AHCAIS304 Artificially Inseminate Livestock
· AHCLSK339 Pregnancy Test Livestock
Essential Skills and experience
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or (TAE40116) or (TAE40110) including the TAELLN411 unit and TAEASS502 unit.
· Certificates and Statement of Attainments relevant to the training and assessment being provided
· Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided and be willing to provide a trainer matrix to reflect currency.
· High level interpersonal skills including good communication, motivation and empowering skills.
· Time management – the ability to easily organise and prioritise tasks and undertake a structured approach to work.
Pay: $100.00 per hour
