About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our fast-growing team in WA. In this role, you will support clients with a range of daily activities, helping them maintain their independence and continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.

You will be assisting a client who requires support with companion care, transport, and domestic assistance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections while making a positive difference in someone’s day-to-day life.

Regular shifts are available at the following times:

Sunday: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Tuesday: 9:15 AM – 1:30 PM
Every second Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We offer travel reimbursement, company-provided PPE, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing care team.

Your Responsibilities

Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts
Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping
Offer social support and respite care
Transport clients to appointments
Maintain accurate care records

Your Background

The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care. You should possess:

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
National Police Clearance Certificate
Current Australian Driver’s Licence with registered vehicle and insurance
Smartphone
Organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring
