Our client, TRACER LAW PTY LTD, is seeking an experienced and motivated Legal Secretary to join our professional legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and organised Legal Secretary to work with a growing law firm committed to providing high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to legal professionals and maintaining legal documentation and office operations.

Duties:

Preparing legal documents, correspondence and reports
Managing appointments, meetings and lawyer diaries
Maintaining client records and confidential legal files
Liaising with clients, courts and external parties
Handling incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
Assisting solicitors with administrative and clerical duties
Organising and maintaining legal documentation systems
Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures
Performing general office administration duties
Supporting day-to-day operations of the legal practice

Qualification:

AQF Diploma or Higher
1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role

Salary:

$70,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation

Employment Condition:

Full Time / 38 hours per week

Pay: $70,000.00 – $104,449.51 per year

Work Location: In person
