About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a creative individual to join our Foster Care team as a Digital and Design Creator to develop and implement targeted recruitment and retention strategies to attract and engage foster carers, with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media platforms, and the creation of engaging visual and written content.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated, digital-first marketing strategies, including the planning and delivery of online campaigns and paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage, monitor, maintain and grow the online presence of Lutheran Care Foster Care, including website content, social media platforms, and web-based applications and our Carer Portal.
- Create, design, and deliver high-quality visual and written content, including social media posts, digital campaigns, podcasts, video content, and print materials (e.g. flyers, brochures, and promotional resources) in line with LC Communications Guidelines.
- Apply graphic design skills to produce engaging, accessible, and brand-consistent materials that support recruitment and retention objectives.
- Capture and develop photography and videography content, including storytelling that reflects the lived experiences of foster carers and promotes authentic engagement.

Essential Criteria
- Relevant qualifications or experience in marketing, communications, or digital media
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media content creation and paid advertising campaigns
