About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Powder Coater / Sprayer to join a leading aluminium manufacturing and distribution company based in Eastern Creek, NSW.
This is an ongoing opportunity for someone with powder coating or spray-painting experience who is looking for stable work and the potential to transition into a permanent full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare aluminium products for powder coating and spraying.
- Apply powder coating finishes to aluminium components.
- Operate powder coating and spraying equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as required.
Essential Requirements
- Previous powder coating or industrial spray-painting experience preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
- Full Australian working rights.
Pay: $33.00 per hour
