The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing Melbourne team. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a key role in preparing accurate tenders and cost plans across a diverse pipeline of major projects in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate tenders and cost plans across a range of building projects
Provide input at tender close, supporting risk reviews and margin decisions
Identify commercial and delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies
Conduct site visits to inform pricing and risk assessments
Collaborate with design, engineering, construction and procurement teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems

About You

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or similar
Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within a head contractor environment
Strong capability across cost planning, tendering and commercial analysis
Ability to identify and manage risk within bids
High level proficiency in Excel and estimating software
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
