The Opportunity
This is a genuine leadership role.

You'll work directly alongside our owner, Sheridan, whose 28 years of industry experience has helped establish one of Australia's most respected skin clinics.
She believes in mentoring leaders, not simply managing them.

What You'll Be Doing
As Clinic Manager, you'll lead both the people and the performance of the clinic.
Your role will include:
- Leading, coaching and inspiring a team of passionate skin therapists and client care professionals.
- Driving clinic performance across revenue, retail, client retention, rebooking, memberships and conversion.
- Creating a positive, accountable and supportive team culture.
- Managing daily clinic operations including rostering, stock control, compliance and workflow.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from first enquiry through to long-term treatment success.
- Working alongside Sheridan to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and future growth.

We'd Love To Meet Someone Who Has
- Previous leadership experience in a skin clinic, aesthetics clinic or advanced beauty environment.
- Qualifications in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Therapy.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for advanced skin treatments and client outcomes.
- The confidence to lead with empathy, integrity and accountability.
