About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our healthcare team in Tweed Heads. This role is ideal for an EN who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or Nurse Unit Manager, providing safe and effective nursing care in accordance with best practice standards and organisational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care within scope of practice as an Enrolled Nurse
Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and implementation of care plans
Administer medications in accordance with AHPRA guidelines and organisational policies
Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the Registered Nurse
Support patients with activities of daily living and promote independence and wellbeing
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Adhere to infection control, workplace health and safety, and quality standards

About You

Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse) with a minimum of two years of experience
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Strong commitment to patient-centred care and professional standards
Reliable, compassionate, and well-organised

Desirable (but not essential)

Previous experience in aged care, medical, surgical, or community health settings
Medication endorsement
Knowledge of relevant accreditation and quality standards
