Ace Hotel Sydney, NSW is our first-ever spot in Australia, inhabiting an historic building set in the verve of Surry Hills. Inspired by the neighborhood’s vibrant rhythm, Ace Sydney is home to a bustling public Lobby alive nearly nightly with DJs and performers, a rebellious art program and sunken lounge just off the Lobby bar. The Gig

Front Office staff will provide an all-round memorable experience to guests in a welcoming and fun environment.

In this role you understand and exceed guest expectations - whether welcoming VIPs, giving advice on the best local activities, or helping a guest choose a music record for their room.

Working a rotating roster of mornings, evenings & overnights, including weekends.
Anticipating guest needs and delivering amazing service when responding to guest requests.
Ensuring all guests are warmly welcomed during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
Managing data through the booking system and handling payment.
Proactively offering assistance with luggage & transport services.
Communicating and liaising with various staff on all levels and understanding the importance of teamwork within hotel operations.
Knowledgeable in property facilities, services, and hours of operation.
Confidently answering emails, phone and in-person enquiries.

You're driven by a passion for creating unforgettable experiences at Ace Sydney, always going above and beyond with your positive, can-do attitude. With a knack for building strong relationships and staying organised, you're genuinely invested in making every guest's stay exceptional. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
