This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment where no two days are the same. This is a part-time 12-month position working 30 hours per week. It is both challenging and deeply rewarding, making it ideal for individuals with strong customer service or community engagement experience who are seeking a part‑time role with meaningful impact.
As an Employment Partner, your role is to support people with disability to prepare for, secure, and maintain meaningful employment with inclusive and supportive employers. You will receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training to ensure you feel confident and capable in the role.
- Work collaboratively with jobseekers to understand their strengths, interests, motivations, and employment goals.
- Support jobseekers to build confidence and capability, including connecting them with training, development opportunities, or additional supports.
- Provide tailored post‑placement support to help jobseekers settle into employment and thrive in their roles.
- Build strong relationships with local employers, promoting inclusive employment practices and advocating for jobseekers.
- Proactively engage and partner with organisations to identify suitable roles and create pathways to employment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all jobseeker information is completed and compliant — administrative tasks make up approximately 30% of the role.

You will receive full training to build the knowledge and skills needed to succeed as an Employment Partner. While experience is valuable, successful people in this role often bring the following qualities:
