Who we are looking for
We have an ongoing full time position for a Team Leader - Civil Maintenance, based in Portland. This position comes with a generous salary of $91,529 to $99,513 p.a. plus superannuation
We're looking for someone to lead the Portland Civil Maintenance Team and help maintain our water and sewerage assets and systems safely, effectively and efficiently.
This is a great opportunity to lead a skilled team and play an important role in delivering essential services to the community.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with
- Relevant experience in the operation and maintenance of water and sewerage systems.
- Certificate III in Water Industry Operations or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide direction, leadership and on-the-job training to supervised employees.
- Develop operator competencies for the work activities they undertake on a day-to-day basis.
