About the Role
We're looking for an organised, motivated administrator to join our Estimating team. If you're someone who enjoys bringing order to busy workloads and supporting a team to achieve great outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
No construction experience? No problem.
You don't need to have worked in the civil construction industry to be successful in this role.
If you're an experienced administrator who is confident using Microsoft Office, enjoys writing and formatting professional documents and loves keeping things organised, we'll teach you the rest.
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the confidence to embrace new technology—including AI tools that can help improve productivity and document preparation.
As our Tender Administrator, you'll be the administrative backbone of our Estimating team, helping coordinate submissions for exciting civil infrastructure projects across Regional NSW.
You'll work closely with experienced Estimators and project teams, learning how major infrastructure projects are won while providing the administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly.
If you're highly organised, enjoy working with documents and technology, and take pride in producing accurate, professional work, you'll thrive in this role.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and making things happen behind the scenes.
You'll bring:
- Experience in administration, project administration, executive support or business support.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Good written communication and document formatting skills.
- Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- The ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidence learning new software and online systems.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to continually improve the way work is done.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot will be highly regarded, but not essential.
