As an Administration Officer (AO - Casual Pool, you'll provide essential administrative support across a variety of healthcare settings. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll assist with a range of administration functions including data entry, customer service, records management, correspondence, scheduling, and general office support.
This casual opportunity offers flexibility and variety, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy adapting to different work environments, managing competing priorities, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services. No two days are the same, and your organisational skills and attention to detail will help ensure the smooth operation of our services.
You are a motivated and reliable administrator who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and customers, and thrive in a team-focused environment. With strong organisational skills, you can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of accuracy across a range of administrative tasks.
You have a keen eye for detail and are confident providing professional administrative support in a busy environment. Your ability to use computer systems and software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, allows you to work efficiently and adapt quickly to new processes and technologies. Most importantly, you bring a flexible, positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the smooth operation of our services while working collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
What you'll be doing
Provision of timely and efficient administrative support to the team / department in line with current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
