We are currently looking for dedicated and compassionate Casual Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our growing pool of staff. As an AIN, you are absolutely essential in providing high-quality, person-centred care, primarily in Aged Care settings and sometimes across Acute/Hospital Wards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to choose your shifts and work in various facilities, bringing comfort and assistance to residents and patients every day.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for friendly, reliable individuals who meet the following criteria:

Current Certificate III in Individual Support (or Aged Care/Health Services Assistance).
Minimum of 12 months of recent, paid experience working as an AIN in an Aged Care or Acute setting.
A natural ability to show empathy and compassion to residents and patients.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional attitude.
All necessary compliance documents (including a current Police Check, NDIS Worker's Check and up-to-date immunisations, including COVID-19 vaccinations, or willingness to obtain them).
