Company Description

Join a Company that operates a substantial wholesale fuels business encompassing well established brands of Mogas Regional, Liberty Rural, Ausfuel and Directhaul. Between the business’, we distribute fuel nation-wide.

Our business operates locally under two strong names, Mogas Regional and Liberty Rural. Both are proud South Australian operated distributor of fuels which provides solutions to customers across a broad range of industries, from primary producers through to industrial, mining, transport and retail customers.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced driver to join our growing team and work with us in achieving our goals. You will have the opportunity to develop positive relationships with customers and team members across Port Lincoln and the Eyre Peninsular.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a current HC License. Whilst it is desirable to have a Dangerous Goods Licence, BFM Accreditation and Safe Load Pass, it is not essential as training will and can be provided. The successful candidate will be based in Port Lincoln for a permanent full-time position reporting to local Operations. This role is primarily Monday – Friday, with some weekend work required during peak periods. All training provided to the successful candidate on the job.

Drivers will be required to load, transport and unload bulk petroleum and lubricants to a wide range of customers including, but not limited to retail, marine industry, farming enterprises, mining and transport.
Complete daily prestart and WHS checks on vehicle and equipment.
Liaise with customers in a professional manner
Develop positive relationships with team and customers.
Follow instructions from Operations for daily duties, trip sheet and timeframes this includes work diary and fatigue management.
Ensure safety and compliance including Dangerous Goods and National Heavy Vehicle Requirements are always adhered to.

Qualifications

Current HC licence
Dangerous Goods Licence, BFM Accreditation and Safe Load Pass – desirable but not essential
Have outstanding customer service
Knowledge of current Work Health and Safety and how to operate a vehicle safely
Willing to undertake a Police check, driving history and medical including drug and alcohol prior to employment
