The Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support NDIS participants . This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, continence management, and person-centred support in a community setting.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Conduct nursing assessments and develop tailored care plans
- Provide intermittent catheterisation and continence care in line with best practice
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Monitor participant health and respond to changes promptly
- Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and support staff
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred care
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress, and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and Beyond Health Services policies
About You
- Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration
- Experience supporting clients with complex health needs, including continence management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, client-focused, and able to work independently
- Reliable transport and current driver’s licence
NDIS Compliance
To ensure NDIS compliance, you will need:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completion of NDIS Modules
- Valid Police Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
