What you will do:

Educational Leadership: Drive the development and delivery of industry training programs, ensuring they align with industry demands and equip students with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed in the workforce.

Strategic Planning: Lead the establishment and expansion of Port Augusta Technical College including the accommodations facilities.

Partnership Building: Collaborate with industry leaders, employer partners, and high schools to create pathways for students' seamless transition into apprenticeships, traineeships, entry-level employment, or further education.

What you will need:

High level experience in delivery, implementation and evaluation of vocational education and or innovative programs in partnership with industry and employers

Ability to lead staff in a complex multi-stakeholder environment including the ability to problem solve, communicate and enact solutions.

Management experience for effective operations (strategy, finance, performance monitoring) relevant to the running of the Port Augusta Technical College.
