Full Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Admin Assistant to join our busy team. If you enjoy variety in your day, helping customers and staying organised, — we’d love to hear from you!

This role is perfect for someone who has administration experience and is confident handling customer service, purchasing, sales support, and general office duties in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Answering phones and assisting customers
General office administration and data entry
Processing invoices and paperwork
Processing purchasing and supplier orders
Supporting sales enquiries and customer quotes
Coordinating delivery runs
Filing and maintaining records

What We’re Looking For

Friendly and professional communication skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
Previous admin/customer service experience highly regarded
A willingness to learn
