NGU Real Estate Lifestyle is seeking a motivated, confident and hardworking Sales Associate to join our high-performing team.
This is not a slow-paced role. Our days are busy, our standards are high, and our team is focused on delivering exceptional service and achieving strong results. We are looking for someone who is ready to step in, take initiative and keep up in a fast-moving real estate environment.
About the Role
You will support the day-to-day operations of a busy sales team across Rosewood, Ipswich, the Lockyer Valley and surrounding regions.
The role will involve:
- Managing buyer enquiries and follow-up
- Assisting with property inspections and open homes
- Communicating confidently with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
- Prospecting and database management
- Preparing for appointments and property campaigns
- Assisting with general sales and administrative tasks
- Taking ownership of responsibilities and helping keep the team moving
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
About You
To be considered, you must:
- Hold a current Queensland real estate registration that has been lodged, approved and issued by the Office of Fair Trading
- Hold a current driver licence and have your own reliable vehicle
- Be available to work full-time from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Be available to assist with Saturday open homes
- Be confident, professional and comfortable communicating with clients
- Be able to take initiative and work without constant direction
- Be organised, reliable and capable of managing a busy workload
- Be eager to work hard and contribute to a results-driven team
- Be capable of learning quickly and adapting to new tasks
- Be comfortable working in an environment where every day is different
Previous real estate experience is preferred; however, initiative, communication skills, reliability and the ability to learn quickly will also be highly valued.
Some flexibility with working hours may be available for the right candidate.

Pay: $18.62 – $26.59 per hour
