McLean Farms, a family-owned and operated agri-business located in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba, is seeking a Poultry Farm All Rounder to be part of our thriving farm operation. What You’ll Do

Operations - Perform litter reduction operations in poultry sheds to prepare sheds, operating of the bio-bowser and ensuring all plants, equipment, and facilities remain clean, safe, and fully operational.
Groundskeeping – Mower and whipper snipping of grassed areas, maintaining weed control and performing regular routine maintenance task as required.
Teamwork & Support - Work alongside a friendly and dedicated team in a well-structured environment and provide leave relief when necessary.
Safety & Biosecurity - Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in sheds, egg collection areas, and equipment to support biosecurity and food safety compliance.

Requirements of this role

Good communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Experience in planning, organising, prioritising, and coordinating work in a changing environment.
Demonstrated time management, attention to detail and self-motivation and professional skills commensurate with the role.
Hold a current Mini Loader competency.
General Machine knowledge of whipper-snippers, mowers and spraying equipment.
