Smart AVR is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Tilt Tray Driver to join our team based in Pinkenba. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations moving by transporting vehicles and equipment across our South East Queensland repair network.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate modern tilt tray trucks across SEQ

Load and unload vehicles and machinery with care and precision

Transport between Smart AVR repair centres efficiently

Complete daily pre-start checks and maintain vehicle safety standards

Keep accurate delivery and pickup records

Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Support internal logistics and towing coordination as needed
Qualifications:
-
Valid HR licence or higher (essential)
-
Previous tilt tray or similar transport experience (highly regarded)

Strong understanding of safe loading & restraint practices
-
A safety-first mindset and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours when needed

Great communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Ability to problem-solve and adapt on the go
