The Role
As our Senior Speech Pathologist, you'll manage a varied paediatric caseload across speech, language, literacy, AAC, social communication, fluency and neurodevelopmental presentations while also playing an important leadership role within the practice.
You will be responsible for:
- Billable KPI of 26 hours a week
- Provide clinical guidance through case reviews and collaborative problem solving..
- Assist with onboarding and developing new team members..
- Contribute to clinical resources, systems and service improvements..
- Help maintain our high standard of neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred care.
- Mentor and support Early Career Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants..

Salary & Benefits
- $100,000-$110,000 + Super (12%), depending on experience (5 to 7 years)

- Continued clinical mentoring and leadership support, through fortnightly 1:1 with the director

My experience spans paediatrics, private practice, NDIS, hospitals, and residential aged care, providing a broad clinical perspective. I value lifelong learning and regularly engage in professional development, including training in LAMP Words for Life, PROMPT, and the Dysphagia Management Staging Scale (DMSS/DDMS). I'm committed to continually developing my skills while supporting the growth of those around me.

About You
You'll bring:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Speech Pathologist working with paediatric clients.
- Confidence managing a varied caseload independently.
- A passion for mentoring and supporting developing clinicians.
- Excellent communication, organisation and clinical reasoning skills.
- A collaborative approach and genuine desire to contribute to team culture.
- An interest in neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practice.
You'll also hold:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Speech Pathology Australia Certified Practising Membership.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- National Police Check.
- Current Australian Driver Licence and access to a vehicle.
