Crown Risk Solutions is seeking experienced and professional Security Officers to join our Licensed Venues team across Sydney.
Please note: This role is not for static security work.

About the Role
As a member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate strong personal presentation, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding front-line customer service and support
- Identifying risks and responding effectively to incidents
- Performing general security duties, including administrative tasks
- Working collaboratively within a team environment
- Applying negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Maintaining the ability and confidence to work independently
- Being flexible and adaptable to various venue requirements
Requirements
To be considered, applicants must hold the necessary qualifications, experience, and attributes, including:
- Current NSW Security Licence (1A)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Full working rights in Australia
