Westernport Automotive (Repco Authorised Service), Hastings VIC

We’ve kept cars running smoothly for 40+ years. Now we’re looking for a qualified Senior Technician who is also a Licensed Vehicle Tester (RWC). If you want to work in a professional, friendly environment where compliance and quality matter, read on.

What you’ll do

Perform Roadworthy (RWC) inspections to VicRoads standards with accuracy and integrity.
Identify and report defects, advise on repairs required for compliance, and complete certificates.
Carry out a wide range of mechanical work: services, brakes, suspension, cooling, transmissions, A/C, etc.
Use modern diagnostics to tackle complex problems.
Work across all makes/models and keep learning (including EV systems - training provided).
Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality, efficient outcomes.

What you bring

Cert III (or equivalent) automotive qualification.
Valid VicRoads Licensed Vehicle Tester accreditation (RWC) — with 1+ years proven experience.
Strong mechanical competence across a wide range of vehicles.
Pride in compliance, detail, and safe workmanship.
Strong communication skills with both team and customers.
Full Australian driver’s licence and ability to obtain a National Police Check.
