Full Job Description

Roster: 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3 roster)

Work a combination of day and night shifts across a structured fortnightly

2 days on 2 days off 3 nights on 2 days off 2 days on 3 days off.

Employment Type: Casual with genuine opportunity to transition to permanent.

Due to increased production demand, our client based in South Guildford is seeking multiple Fixed Plant Machine Operators to join their established manufacturing operation.

Previous machine operation experience is not essential – we are looking for reliable people with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Enjoy stable long-term work, consistent hours, every second weekend off and the ability to be home every day.

Duties include but are not limited to:
– Operate and monitor fixed plant and production machinery
– Conduct routine equipment checks and support safe shutdown procedures
– Maintain product quality in line with production standards
– Complete housekeeping, cleaning and general plant support duties
– Assist with basic maintenance tasks where required
– Follow site safety procedures and safe work practices at all times

To be considered, you will have:
– Ability to complete online induction and onboarding requirements
– Full Australian working rights and currently based in Perth
– Current WA Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
– Forklift licence and/or Confined Space ticket highly regarded but not essential
– Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including ongoing drug and alcohol screening
– Reliable attitude with strong safety awareness and willingness to learn
– Ability to provide two recent supervisor references

Day Shift (6:00am-6:00pm) – Flat Rate $42.43/hr.
