About the role
As an Administration Officer within our Administration Division, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our superannuation members receive accurate, timely and high‑quality service in line with trustee and client agreements.
You’ll be responsible for processing large volumes of documentation, maintaining member accounts, and supporting defined benefit and pension‑related activities. You’ll work closely with your team, Team Leader and Contact Centre colleagues, while building your technical knowledge and progressing toward more complex work over time.
Key responsibilities
- Process high volumes of superannuation documentation and administration requests accurately and efficiently within agreed service level agreements
- Complete daily work queue reviews to ensure all allocated tasks are actioned on time
- Perform account updates, maintenance activities, payment processing and member communications
- Establish new pensioner memberships and support defined benefit administration activities
- Maintain a strong attention to detail , proactively reducing rework and meeting quality and efficiency targets
- Escalate issues impacted by system outages or dependencies in line with MUFG RS escalation procedures
- Collaborate closely with team members, Team Leaders and Contact Centre staff to achieve team objectives
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, productivity or documentation
About you
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in high‑volume processing environments
- Previous administration experience (financial services experience advantageous but not essential)
- An organised, reliable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
- A positive learning mindset and willingness to build superannuation knowledge over time
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your work
