Your Opportunity
We are looking for a tenacious and enthusiastic Product Sales Specialist to join B.Braun and promote our range of Pain and Anaesthesia products in our WA territory. There will be a component of assisting with IV Infusion Therapy also.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will partner with public and private hospitals and day surgeries to drive sales growth and market share, well supported by our experienced and dedicated Pain and Anaesthesia team.
Your Responsibilities
Liaising with clinicians, nursing staff, and allied health to promote our Pain and Anaesthesia portfolio in WA region.
Identifying customer needs, generating leads and presenting product information
Prioritising implementations, in-services, and sales calls
Working effectively with our Clinical Education and Marketing teams to provide superior customer service.
Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
About You
To be successful in this role, your background will include:
Proven experience in hospital-based medical device or healthcare sales, ideally within the operating theatre environment, Pain & Anaesthesia, or a related clinical specialty.
Experience working closely with Anaesthetists, Pain Specialists and perioperative teams will be highly regarded.
Resilient and results driven, with a long term, relationship-based sales approach.
Strong team orientation and a desire to learn.
Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
Excellent communication, time management and a high attention to detail
Additional requirement:
To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ, a valid Driver’s Licence, the ability to travel nationally and internationally as required and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
