Full-Stack Support Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Full-Stack Support Engineer to join our Palmyra-based team. You will be the technical backbone for our international client base, managing the ongoing support and evolution of our cloud-based software, including our flagship platform: translatorhq.com.au.
This is a dynamic, high-impact role that blends technical troubleshooting, software development, and client collaboration. We aren't looking for a passive helpdesk operator; we want a proactive problem-solver who can contribute new ideas, drive project implementations, and help shape the future of our product suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Serve as a key point of contact for our international clients, diagnosing issues and providing high-level technical solutions.
- Development & Maintenance: Contribute to the full software development lifecycle—from maintaining existing C#, Python and web-based applications to designing and deploying new features.
- Implementation: Lead and assist in the technical delivery of client projects, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality outcomes.
- Product Innovation: Proactively contribute technical insights and suggestions to our internal product roadmap and workflow improvements.
About You
You are a developer who enjoys the variety of a support environment and possesses:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in C#, Python, Node.JS and/or VB.NET.
- Database Skills: Solid understanding of SQL (SQL Server or Postgres, MySQL).
- Web Experience: Demonstrated experience with web development, site maintenance, and WordPress. (Experience with PHP is highly regarded).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you are comfortable liaising with clients and translating technical concepts into simple terms.
- Mindset: A fast learner with a positive, "can-do" approach to troubleshooting. You are equally effective working independently and collaborating within a team.
