Picture this: you arrive each day at a full-scope dental practice tucked right beside Kings Park, and you're greeted by a team that's genuinely glad you're there. You're not just handing over instruments and suctioning — you're the calm, steady presence that helps a nervous patient breathe easier, and often the reason they walk out smiling. Good news - there is such a place, and this opportunity is real.

About the Practice: This is a full-scope practice doing it all - Invisalign, prosthodontics, implants and surgery, all in house, backed by intra-oral scanners and CEREC technology. It's a modern, progressive team that's grown a loyal patient base by simply caring, properly. As the practice continues to expand, they're looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant/Nurse to grow alongside them, long term.

What the Role Looks Like Day to Day: You'll be chairside for a genuinely diverse case load, and every day will look a little different.

Chairside, you'll:

Assist across a broad range of procedures, including surgery and implants
Keep sterilisation running smoothly and to a high standard
Help patients feel safe, comfortable, and looked after from the moment they sit down

Behind the scenes, you'll:

Build your skills with modern technology — CEREC, ZOOM whitening, Invisalign.
Get full training if you're a new grad, or build on what you already know.

As part of the team, you'll:

Bring energy and care that patients and colleagues both notice.
Show leadership and initiative as you grow into the role.
Be someone the team can rely on, long term.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant — or a new grad keen to learn, we'll train you
Good communicator with a strong work ethic
Genuinely passionate about dentistry and patient care
A team player with leadership qualities
Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail
D4W and front office experience regarded highly, but not essential
