experienced Multi Skilled Machine Operators across multiple high-performing open pit mine sites in the
Goldfields, Pilbara and Murchison.
If you can operate
multiple machines confidently in a production environment, we want you on site immediately.
These are not entry-level roles — we are targeting operators who can
step in, perform and keep production moving.
TOP RATES – PAID WEEKLY
- Multi Skilled Operators: $60 – $75 per hour
- 12-hour shifts paid
- 5 hours paid inductions
- $2,500 sign-on bonus (paid on securing full-time employment)
FIFO ROSTER – LOCK IN YOUR SWING
- 2:1 roster – 7 days / 7 nights / 7 days R&R
- FIFO from Perth ONLY
- Immediate starts available
- Ongoing, long-term work
PRODUCTION MULTI SKILLED ROLES
- Dozer - CAT D9, D10, D11, CAT 844H, Komatsu 375, 475
- Excavator - Liebherr 9150, 9200, 9400, Hitachi EX3600, Komatsu PC1250
- Grader - CAT 16H, 16M, Komatsu 825
SUPPORTING EQUIPMENT (REQUIRED)
You
must be willing and capable of operating additional equipment as required to support production, including:
Loaders: CAT 992, 994, Komatsu WA500, WA600, WA1200
Dump Trucks: CAT 777, 785, 789, 793, Komatsu 785, 830E, Terex 4400
Water Carts & ancillary gear
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 12 months production open pit mining experience
- Proven experience operating multiple machines in production
- Ability to pass full medical & drug screen
- Australian working rights (essential)
- National Police Clearance
- Commitment to FIFO from Perth
