Civil Draftsperson – Landscape Architecture
Landscape Planners Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Draftsperson to join our creative and collaborative Landscape Architecture Team.
This role would suit a self-motivated person who is passionate about design and the environment; can work autonomously within a small and creative team, has strong work ethics, proven experience and a high level of technical skill. The successful applicant will have experience in the documentation and delivery of projects (government, educational and infrastructure) and a strong understanding of construction and technical documentation.
The successful applicant would possess:
- A Diploma of Civil Construction and Design.
- A minimum of three years' industry experience.
- The ability to translate design concepts into accurate and detailed digital drawings.
- High-level documentation skills using AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop (Revit is desirable).
- Solid construction knowledge, with a strong focus on technical precision, measurements and structural elements that can be applied across a diverse range of projects.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and contribute to multiple projects.
- A high level of creativity, motivation and ambition.
- A genuine interest in landscape architecture, urban design and the environment.
- Good communication skills.
At Landscape Planners, you will work alongside a creative team on a diverse range of projects, with the opportunity to further develop your technical, design and project delivery skills. We offer flexible working arrangements at our Innaloo studio in Perth, Western Australia, with a salary package between $80 000 and $85 000 per annum plus superannuation.
