We are seeking talented, highly motivated individuals to join our Perth office at an Analyst level.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all phases of transaction execution, including the preparation of marketing materials, financial analysis, and client presentations.
- Develop financial models, clearly explaining their implications to clients and senior team members. Analyse the strategic and financial merits of potential transactions and create and present comprehensive marketing pitches to clients.
- Conduct thorough transaction due diligence, coordinating efforts with external consultants.
- Perform research on markets and companies across a broad range of industries.
- Assist in the preparation of information memoranda.
- Assist in the management of and virtual data rooms.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives by sharing ideas and insights.
- Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions and deliverables.
Required Skills and Experience
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Relevant experience: minimum of 2 years of corporate finance experience (which can include a relevant finance internship).
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of business, accounting, and corporate finance principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
