The Opportunity:
Based at our Fremantle head office, the focus of the ERP Finance Systems Analyst is supporting the finance workstream of the ERP implementation project through the design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases. The role will work closely with Finance, IT, operational stakeholders, implementation partners, and third-party software providers to ensure finance requirements are effectively translated into system solutions and business processes. This role is a full time, fixed term position for six (6) months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of finance processes within the ERP system.

Translate finance business requirements into functional ERP solutions.

Work closely with implementation partners to support system configuration and process alignment

Identify process improvement opportunities and support standardisation across the business.

Assist with the review, and migration of the chart of accounts structure.

Support mapping of legacy financial data into the new ERP environment.

Partake in finance business process walkthroughs across key functional areas.

Validate that ERP configurations and process designs align with operational and finance requirements.

Work with stakeholders to identify process gaps, control issues, and improvement opportunities prior to UAT.

Work collaboratively with finance users, operational teams, IT, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Experience with ERP systems within manufacturing, agribusiness, FMCG, or processing environments

Strong understanding of finance processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, inventory, and financial reporting.

Experience with ERP integrations and third-party finance systems.

Experience with master data migration and ERP data validation.

CA, CPA, or relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems.

Experience working with project management methodologies and implementation frameworks
