From major renewable energy projects to high voltage direct current inter country interconnectors and offshore grids, we’re integrating a multitude of these solution elements to build a cleaner and more resilient energy future.
A wind farm in Australia that’s producing power for thousands of homes. A battery energy storage system which is enabling the renewable energy transition. Innovative solutions spanning renewable and thermal generation, energy networks and storage. Our Power Generation team is geared towards providing a more integrated approach offering end-to-end service to support our clients in renewable generation, thermal generation and energy storage.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Intern Power Generation Engineer to join our Perth Power Generation team this summer. During your internship you'll be supporting project development services for utility power generation and storage projects including solar, wind, waste to energy, thermal, and battery energy storage systems. You'll get exposure to the execution phase of power generation projects and support technical due diligence studies for power generation assets. Working alongside our Senior Engineers you'll provide meaningful input on power projects – and we’ll mentor you each step of the way to ensure you’re set up for success.
Here's what you'll need
Ideally, you’re in your penultimate year at university studying Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering . This is a unique role that requires applicants to hold the right to work in Australia. Bring your curiosity, collaborative spirit and strong communication skills, and we’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfil what drives you – so we can make big impacts on the world, together.
