Project Manager – Construction Supply & Manufacturing

Location: Bayswater, WA

We are a growing WA-based manufacturer supplying engineered systems to the commercial construction industry.

As project demand increases, we are seeking a practical and organised Project Manager to support project delivery and help coordinate projects from design through to manufacture and dispatch.

This role is focused on real project coordination and delivery — not corporate administration.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating projects from order through to delivery
Liaising with clients, engineers, builders, and internal teams
Supporting scheduling, production coordination, and project tracking
Helping ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently
Assisting management as the business expands

What we’re looking for:

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project coordination environments
Strong organisational and communication skills
Practical problem-solving ability
Ability to take ownership and drive outcomes
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

This role is NOT for someone who:

Wants a purely desk-based administration role
Avoids accountability or responsibility
Needs highly structured corporate systems to function

This role IS for someone who:

Enjoys coordinating real projects and solving problems
Wants to be part of a growing business
