As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter / Installer to join our team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role that requires both carpentry and installation experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing outdoor blinds, roller shutters, and custom-made products at residential and commercial properties throughout Perth.
A strong carpentry background is essential, as some projects require modifications to existing window openings, frames, and surrounding structures to ensure a proper fit. Many of our roller shutters are custom-made, so accurate measuring, attention to detail, and the ability to make adjustments on-site are important parts of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Install outdoor blinds and roller shutters to a high standard
- Measure, prepare, and assess installation sites
- Carry out carpentry work and modifications where required
- Ensure custom-made products are fitted accurately
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Work independently and as part of a team
Skills & Experience
- Proven carpentry experience (essential)
- Experience installing outdoor blinds and roller shutters (preferred)
- Ability to use power tools and carpentry equipment safely
- Strong measuring and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Current WA Driver's Licence
- White Card (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
