About the Company
Tree Aesthetics established in 1987, our clients include corporate, government, insurance company, local government bodies as well as our loyal domestic client base. Tree Aesthetics holds a high regard to staff safety and employing modern processes and high industry standards to ensure a zero harm environment.

Who We Need
Our team is seeking a number of new staff members for a variety of roles.

Grounds person - Chipper and Rope operating, use of skid steer and processing green waste and assisting arborist.
Trainee tree climber - Rope Access Climbing and rigging, EWP Operation, Formative and General pruning.
Advanced tree climber - Complex tree removals, Crane work, Crown thinning, Canopy restorations, Corrective pruning.

About You

Prefer own transport and MR/HR licence.
White Card essential (or able to complete prior to start).
Experience with Loaders, Skidsteers, Bobcats.
Dogman Certification desirable.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Be able to work in a team environment, take direction and show initiative.
Must be able to work unsupervised.
Must be fit and strong, and able to work in all weather conditions.
Relevant Certifications and Previous Experience in the industry prefered.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Competitive hourly rate.
Full Time or Part Time positions available.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
