JOB TITLE: Project Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead activities to support project approval, including cost, schedule, and risk inputs.
Manage and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to deliver project outcomes.
Plan, resource, and deliver projects in line with agreed timelines and requirements.
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule expectations.
Monitor and drive performance across all project workstreams.
Work closely with project support functions (planning, cost, and commercial).
Manage project risks, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
Maintain strong communication with clients and key stakeholders.
Support a collaborative and positive team environment.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support effective delivery.
Contribute to key project reviews, risk assessments, and improvement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Project Management qualification (or working towards) highly regarded.
Significant experience within the energy sector, with exposure to a broad range of project management activities.
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale FEED studies.
Strong capability in leading and engaging project teams to achieve outcomes.
Experience in Marine/Offshore construction, shipyard work preferred.
Practical understanding of construction-led planning during the design phase.
