Key Responsibilities:
Build your clinical confidence while managing a varied caseload of children and adults, with supervision, mentoring and support from experienced clinicians.
Deliver meaningful assessments, therapy and evidence-informed interventions that support communication, social connection, mealtime skills and everyday participation.
Work closely with families, carers, educators and other professionals to create practical, strengths-based strategies that make a real difference in daily life.
Explore assistive and augmentative communication tools, including technology-based supports, to help clients communicate in ways that work best for them.
Contribute to creative individual and group therapy programs tailored to each client’s goals, strengths and environment.
Grow within a learning-focused, interdisciplinary team where your ideas, curiosity and reflective practice are encouraged and valued.
Grow your leadership capability over time by contributing to student support, peer learning and professional knowledge sharing.

Skills and Experiences:
Essential Skills:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and a current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status
Proven ability to manage a caseload and deliver timely, effective therapy
Solid understanding of disability services, person-centred practices, and NDIS
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Confident working within an interdisciplinary team
Strong administrative and time management abilities
Willingness to travel for client appointments

Desirable Skills:
Experience providing paediatric disability speech pathology services

Required Compliance Documents:
National Police Clearance
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working with Children Check
Valid Driver’s licence
Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) certification
