Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, develop, and manage data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is responsible for improving client acquisition, engagement, and conversion outcomes through strategic and analytical marketing practices.
You will work across SEO, paid media, and analytics, contributing to the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
- Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and on-page optimisation to improve search engine rankings (SEO)
- Analyse campaign performance data and identify trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards (e.g. Google Looker Studio) to communicate performance outcomes
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation and return on investment
- Collaborate with internal teams including strategy, UX, and development to deliver integrated digital solutions
- Provide performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders and clients
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
- Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns with measurable performance outcomes (e.g. CPA, ROAS, CTR improvements)
- Experience in search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Experience using digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Google Looker Studio
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify)
- Industry certifications (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics)
