Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Salesforce Administrator at Fleetcare plays a crucial role in managing and optimising the Salesforce platform to support our sales processes and enhance customer relationship management. This position involves a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight, ensuring that our Salesforce system is tailored to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Customising Salesforce applications to align with business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, and workflows.
Managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure data integrity and security across the platform.
Providing ongoing support and training for users to maximise their understanding and utilisation of Salesforce features.
Conducting regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new projects or enhancements related to Salesforce functionality.
Developing reports and dashboards that provide insights into sales performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Troubleshooting issues within the system promptly to minimise downtime and impact on operations.
Staying updated with Salesforce releases and new features, assessing their relevance for Fleetcare's operations.

This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in our use of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across the company.

Desired Skills and Experience

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

2+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and administration
Experience with Flows
Experience with Reports & Dashboards
Experience with User/security management
Experience with Validation rules
Experience with Custom objects and fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Experience supporting end users in a business environment
Strong attention to detail
Process-oriented mindset
Customer-focused approach
Self-motivated and proactive
Collaborative and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong documentation and organisational skills
Salesforce Administrator Certification (desirable)
Experience with Service Cloud (desirable)
Knowledge of CRM governance and data management best practices (desirable)
