At CraftDojo, we're on a mission to help young people develop confidence, creativity, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills through the power of Minecraft.
We're looking for enthusiastic and engaging Club Senseis to join our growing team and lead our weekly Minecraft workshops for children aged 6–17.

What is a Club Sensei?
As a Club Sensei, you'll guide our Ninjas through exciting Minecraft challenges, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and help create memorable learning experiences every week.
You'll be part teacher, part coach, part mentor, and part Minecraft expert.
Most importantly, you'll help children build confidence, friendships, and skills that extend well beyond the game.
What You'll Be Doing
Running Minecraft Workshops
- Set up and deliver engaging Minecraft workshops in a fun, positive, and energetic environment.
- Guide Ninjas through creative building challenges, competitions, and collaborative projects.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Support Ninjas of varying skill levels and learning styles.
Creating a Safe & Supportive Environment
- Supervise groups of students aged 6–17 during workshops.
- Manage behaviour positively and appropriately to ensure everyone has a great experience.
- Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, collaboration, and fun.
- Ensure all online and in-person interactions align with CraftDojo's community standards.
Supporting Online Programs
- Monitor online servers, channels, and systems.
- Assist Ninjas with technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Encourage positive collaboration and safe online engagement.
- Help maintain a welcoming and supportive online community.
Building Relationships
- Get to know your Ninjas and support their progress throughout the term.
- Build positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Communicate attendance concerns and important updates where required.
- Celebrate achievements and help recognise student growth and development.
Administration & Operations
- Take attendance using CraftDojo's membership systems.
- Assist with enrolments, memberships, and payments where required.
- Record parent communications and maintain accurate records.
- Report equipment issues and help keep CraftDojo resources safe and organised.
- Provide feedback and ideas to help improve programs and student experiences.

About You

- Is confident, friendly, and approachable.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is reliable, organised, and professional.
- Enjoys gaming and technology.
- Can think on their feet and solve problems calmly.
- Wants to make a positive impact in children's lives.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working with children, youth groups, coaching, tutoring, teaching, or camps.
- Minecraft knowledge and experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Leadership experience in school, sport, community groups, or previous employment.
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
Working Arrangements
- Casual and part-time opportunities available.
- Primarily after-school hours.
- Some holiday program and weekend work may be available.
- Opportunities to work across multiple locations and online programs.

Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour
