We are seeking an NV1 Cleared Security Officer for a high-quality concierge-style role located in Perth CBD. This position plays a key role in maintaining a secure, professional and welcoming environment within a corporate setting.

About the role
This role combines security with concierge-style responsibilities. You will be the primary point of contact for on-site staff and visitors, ensuring a professional front-of-house presence while upholding security protocols.
The site is centrally located, close to public transport and amenities, offering a stable and supportive working environment.
Job Location: Perth CBD
Contract: Part-Time - Level 5 plus 10%!
Key responsibilities
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

Greeting and assisting staff and visitors in a professional manner

Managing access control and maintaining site security protocols

Monitoring entry points and ensuring authorised access only

Providing a high level of customer service at all times

Supporting general front-of-house and administrative tasks

Maintaining accurate records and incident reports

Liaising with on-site stakeholders as required

Ensuring compliance with all security and safety procedures
About You

NV1 Security Clearance (essential)

Current WA Security Licence

Strong customer service and communication skills

Good computer literacy and confidence using systems
