The Role
As the Head of Enterprise Systems, you will lead CBH’s enterprise systems portfolio, working closely with teams across the business to support secure, reliable and connected platforms. This role is responsible for setting direction, shaping roadmaps and ensuring our core systems continue to support our people, growers and operational needs.
You will lead our capable and collaborative team, partner with senior stakeholders and vendors, and guide the ongoing improvement, integration and performance of enterprise systems across CBH.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic leadership across CBH’s enterprise systems environment, including roadmap planning, platform lifecycle and service performance.
- Own the stability, security, integration and improvement of core enterprise systems that support CBH’s operations and grower outcomes.
- Influence technology priorities and investment decisions through trusted partnerships with executives, senior stakeholders and delivery partners.
- Lead a collaborative and capable team, supporting performance, capability development and clear delivery priorities.
- Manage strategic vendor partnerships, commercial outcomes, service levels and third-party risk across the enterprise systems landscape.
- Drive continuous improvement, systems rationalisation and value realisation to support CBH’s long-term technology and business objectives.
About You:
- Extensive experience leading enterprise systems, applications or technology portfolios within a large, complex organisation.
- Proven ability to shape strategy, roadmaps and investment priorities that balance business value, risk, cost and operational performance.
- Strong leadership capability, with experience building engaged, capable and collaborative teams aligned to current and future business needs.
- Confident influencing executives, senior stakeholders and vendors to align priorities and deliver shared outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience across enterprise system lifecycle management, including implementation, integration, optimisation, support and retirement.
- Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to manage vendor performance, service outcomes, risk and continuous improvement.
