We're looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Club Leader / Program Manager to lead and grow our afterschool Minecraft programs for children aged 7–14. This is more than just a management role—it's an opportunity to shape amazing learning experiences, mentor an incredible team of Senseis, and help young Ninjas thrive.

About the Role
As our Club Leader, you'll oversee the delivery and growth of CraftDojo's Minecraft programs across multiple locations and online. You'll lead our team of Senseis, develop engaging content, drive marketing initiatives, and ensure every Ninja receives an exceptional experience.
You'll play a key role in bringing our vision to life by creating a supportive, inclusive, and exciting environment where kids can learn, create, and belong.
What You'll Be Doing
Program Leadership & Quality Control
- Champion the quality and consistency of all CraftDojo programs.
- Monitor and improve program delivery across onsite and online locations.
- Gather feedback from students, parents, and staff to continuously enhance the experience.
- Conduct observations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure every program reflects the CraftDojo culture and values.
Staff Development & Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor our team of Senseis.
- Develop facilitator guides, lesson plans, build challenges, ranking systems, and training materials.
- Coach team members to deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused culture.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Help spread the CraftDojo mission through creative marketing initiatives.
- Manage and contribute to social media, newsletters, website content, and promotional campaigns.
- Build relationships with schools, families, and community groups.
- Promote memberships, special events, holiday programs, and new opportunities.
Operations & Growth
- Coordinate program resources, equipment, and laptop hire requirements.
- Monitor enrolments, memberships, and key performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on program performance and growth.
- Support strategic initiatives to expand the reach and impact of CraftDojo.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves working with children and helping them grow
- Has leadership or management experience
- Is organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Has experience in education, coaching, youth programs, training, events, or similar fields
- Is confident creating content, resources, and systems, or prepared to learn
- Enjoys marketing, community engagement, and relationship building
- Has excellent communication skills
- Understands Minecraft (or is excited to learn!)
- Believes learning should be fun, engaging, and inclusive
Bonus Points For:
- Teaching, education, youth work, or coaching experience
- Experience leading teams
- Marketing or social media experience
- Event coordination experience
- Experience with game-based learning
Working Arrangements
- Flexible combination of onsite and remote work
- Regular afternoon and early evening availability
- Occasional weekend events and activities
- Travel between program locations as required

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
