Full Job Description

We are a well-established stone manufacturing company based in Willetton and are seeking a reliable and organised Administration Officer to join our team.

This is a full-time position offering long-term employment within a friendly and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
Greeting customers and visitors
Managing emails and general office correspondence
Scheduling jobs and coordinating installation bookings
Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers
Filing, data entry, and general administrative duties
Assisting management with day-to-day office operations

Skills & Experience Required

Previous administration or customer service experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone manner
High level of attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
