The Operations Support Manager is a key leader in our business who ensures our Commitments are embedded across a dedicated patch of Centres. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, this role is part of a dynamic, growing team with decades of sector knowledge and experience.
Day to day, you can:
Live and breathe our Green Leaves Commitments in your day-to-day practice
Run smooth and efficient day-to-day operations while putting the children and team at the heart of everything we do
Use your masterful knowledge of sector regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework, to ensure compliance and performance
Drive business outcomes, high performance and accountability for results within your centres
Actively foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external sector partners to strengthen and promote Green Leaves' positive reputation in the market.
Partner with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and engage the next generation of exceptional team members
Travel regularly to a range of centres and sites located across Perth and WA.

About You:
Inspiring leader with a minimum of 3 years’ experience who builds trust, collaboration and clear communication to drive team performance and empower others to achieve their best
Multisite leadership experience managing a group of Centre Directors, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
Thrives in dynamic environments with strong organisational skills, effectively prioritising multiple tasks and remaining composed under pressure
Strong knowledge of systems, including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, and ISS.
An ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education, or above
Current WA Working with Children’s Check and relevant state and national compliance documentation
National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months
