Role Profile
At Unispace, we’re redefining how people experience the workplace. As an Associate / Senior Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of that transformation, leading visionary projects for global clients in the Corporate sectors. You’ll shape spaces that fuel innovation, collaboration, and growth all while mentoring the next generation of designers and driving Unispace’s creative excellence.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Lead with vision: Take ownership of diverse, high-profile design projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate deeply: Partner with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary Unispace teams to deliver environments that exceed expectations.
- Inspire creativity: Guide and mentor junior designers, helping them refine their craft and push creative boundaries.
- Design boldly: Transform workplaces and labs into beautiful, functional spaces that elevate how people work and connect.
- Be the bridge: Work hand-in-hand with Business Development and Construction teams to communicate Unispace’s unique, integrated design approach.
- Deliver excellence: Manage documentation, presentations, and design coordination with precision and flair.
- Champion culture: Foster an environment of equality, inclusivity, and innovation within every project team.
About you
- 8+ years’ experience as an Interior Designer, leading impactful projects in Corporate, or Commercial sectors.
- Proven ability to deliver design solutions that are both strategic and inspiring.
- Strong expertise in Revit, CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Excel.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, you’re confident in front of clients and passionate about storytelling through design.
- Experience managing large-scale or complex projects
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to help shape Unispace’s creative future.
