Due to continued growth, we're expanding our Perth Metro team and are looking for experienced Arborists who are passionate about their trade and want to be part of a professional business with an exciting future.

About the Role

As an Arborist with Genus Environmental, you'll play an important role in delivering safe, high-quality arboricultural services across a diverse range of projects throughout the Perth Metro area.

Working alongside experienced crews, your responsibilities will include:

Performing arboricultural and vegetation management works safely and efficiently.
Working around live powerlines in accordance with relevant procedures and industry standards.
Operating and maintaining plant, equipment and tools.
Completing pre-start inspections and maintaining equipment in a safe working condition.
Delivering quality workmanship while maintaining the highest standards of safety.
Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting your crew to achieve outstanding outcomes.
About You We're looking for Arborists who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering quality outcomes safely.

You'll ideally have:

Experience working as an Arborist.
Arboriculture qualification.
A strong commitment to workplace safety.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
A current Driver's Licence.

The following qualifications are highly regarded:

Certificate II in ESI – Powerline Vegetation Control (UET20319).
Current First Aid & CPR.
Construction White Card.
Chainsaw competencies.
EDD (UETTDRRF08) and/or EWP Rescue (UETDRRF002).
Experience working around live powerlines.
